During this fun and interactive class you will learn how to build a gourmet and visually stunning charcuterie board featuring a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and a variety of textures and flavor profiles. Learn which types of meats and cheeses go best with each other, how to do seasonal trays, and gain a new skill that you can use to impress at your next party or gathering. Max 12.
